Introducing Mr. Jeff Phoung as your new instructor! Mr. Phoung has taught around the area for 12 years and has a great following. Interested in reducing stress, increasing energy, and regaining balance? Well then the Tai Chi class will help you find it! The class is for beginners to advanced students. The first portion of the class will be spent on the basic tai chi movements. Tai Chi is a set of specific movements that take on the appearance of a dance. This is a non-contact and non combative way of improving health and physical control. The rest of the class will introduce you to more advanced Tai Chi concepts such as “24” and “32”. With both techniques you will improve your balance and muscle tone.
