BABY BALLET (PARENT/CHILD)

Learn to use yellow like Van Gough, make Cubist faces like Picasso, and discover the secrets of Monet's Lily Pads. Participants will learn about the world's greatest painters through stories and anecdotes while studying their most famous paintings. Take off on an adventure of super hero fun! Parachutes and tumbling mats, song and dance, arts and crafts, will have super heroes active and moving and imagination flowing. Students will be taught the basics of playing music on the piano/keyboard. Topics include: basic notes, rhythm and theory as well as finger exercises, chords and scales, all with the goal of being able to play basic keyboard accompaniment parts and fun songs. Administration and Business Services Center for work2future, a federally funded workforce development program that is administered by the City of San Jose as part of the Office of Economic Development.

In addition to elderly segment of the Assyrian Community, Assyrian American Association of San Jose conducts after school programs for children to include educational, cultural and art enrichment programs.
