GYMNASTICS: PARENT & ME

This parent-child is class is a great beginner for gymnastics teaching skills, movement, balance, coordination, agility and games The class develops focus on gross motor skills pertinent to gymnastics, and to building their confidence and self esteem Please be sure your child wears proper sport clothes and bring a water bottle A parent or adult is requested to participate in the class. Fee includes a Ribbon award.

Playable on almost any surface, these soccer-themed motor skill classes are very easy for youngsters to get into Classes focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence Core soccer skills are taught as well as an introduction to light competition Instructor-to-student ratio is kept small to maximize individual development, and above all else we promote fun, fun, fun!

Learning basketball has never been more fun! These classes focus on dribbling, shot technique, passing and team work Adjustable hoops and appropriately sized basketballs are used to always provide just the right amount of challenge.

Join us for a morning jolt to get your day going! This is a volunteer run class with lots of energy to share. The workout is great for any active senior The class will start with a 7-minute warm up, go into 30 minutes of low impact workout , and conclude with an 5-minute cool down

Join us for a morning walk to get your day going!

Basic phone functions: turning on/off, volume buttons, brightness adjustment, speaker and mute functions when making calls, zooming in and out on screen

Messaging basics on different apps: messages, Facebook, Whatsapp, and attaching images to messages

Emergency function presets on phones (ex: clicking Iphone power button 6 times for emergency services)

Storage enhancement: how to delete old messages, contacts, pictures, and clearing out applications that are not in use to maximize storage capacity

Email basics: making an email, navigating it and how to send and respond to emails

Online usage: Online shopping, downloading applications, and making accounts for desired stores (Target, Walmart, Amazon)

Settings usage: Notifications, ringtone adjustment, language change, and making text larger
