Developing leadership skills Leaders are people who inspire, develop vision and create strategy for the future. They create inclusive environments where people at every level feel valued, confident and motivated to contribute. Leaders are visible, they live the values of the organisation and understand that when people flourish, businesses thrive.

Management on the other hand is about creating systems in which results can be achieved, monitored, evaluated and improved. There has been much debate over the years trying to distinguish the difference between management and leadership, many scholars have suggested the two are very different channels. This programme brings the two together and reveals how and why they are complimentary to creating successful and strong organisations.

Delegates will become leaders who are: • Able to facilitate change and achieve results • Confident and self-aware • Resilient through change and challenge • Willing to learn • Influences and motivators • Able to think strategically

We recognise that delegates will arrive with an abundance of skills and knowledge, the programmes structure will recognise, value and build on these to produce transformational leaders who understand how to manage change and build high performing teams.
