We celebrated our 1st Birthday in March & have really enjoyed becoming part of this vibrant Edinburgh community. It has been an incredibly busy & exciting year & only now do we seem to have time to draw breath & share with you some of the stories behind the scenes. We travel far & wide to source products which we believe to be original, beautiful & a little unusual. It is really exciting for us when we find something new & special. We love it when you, our wonderful customers, are equally delighted. So far this year we have been to Copenhagen, in the depths of winter - I so needed a warm hat! - to the scorching heat of Marrakech. In Denmark we discovered a gorgeous new women’s wear brand which will be exclusive to us in the UK. And in Morocco we have been working with a small team of artisans to produce the finest quality leather slippers, pouffes & bags. This summer we are delighted to include in our wonderful & eclectic range Paul & Joe beauty products, Marimekko, Birkenstock, Culture, I chi, Hultquist, Ollie & Nic, Momiji, Mini A Ture, Babyface plus many more. It is our greatest pleasure to create a shop full of beautiful things & share it with you. The French designer, Sophie Albou, launched the beauty range in 2001 to complement her sophisticated Parisian clothing & accessories label. She has quickly achieved cult status with people going crazy for her elegant clothing designs & quirky, colourful cosmetics. We have all become great fans at Bohemia - not only exquisitely packaged but luxurious to use. Cheer up your dressing table with a few gorgeous items from the Paul & Joe collection!
MARIMEKKO Iconic Finnish brand Marimekko was first established in 1951 to offer unique, long lasting & beautiful products. In this they have succeeded & interest in the brand has flourished world wide. The collection now includes both classics from decades past & lovely contemporary creations from new designers.
