Beat the heat with these practical tips
With the temperature consistently soaring high and the humidity level making you cringe, it gets very difficult for us to carry on our daily chores. The sweat and the sticky feeling is the worst of them all and that’s exactly why you need to find ways that can help you get rid of this irritating feeling.
Now, when I am writing this blog, I can actually feel the sweat go straight from my neck through the back to the trousers. Hence, in order to get you some fixes, this blog will lay down tips that are practical and easy to do.
Bathe twice a day
I know it is hard for you to do it once and I am asking you to do it twice. But, if you take a shower in the morning, you’d spend the day well as well as if you bathe at night, nothing can stop you from having a good night sleep. It even controls sweat.
Drink water before stepping out
Just before you leave for work in the morning, have a glass of water to avoid getting sun-strokes or heat waves touching you leading to headaches as well as dizzy feeling. Having water prevents any kind of possibilities of such.
Dress accordingly
You might have seen women covering their heads with scarves, eyes with sunglasses and hands with gloves to avoid suntan or heat waves to reach deeper, you as men should also cover yourself properly when you step out in the sun. Moreover, choose outfits that are summer friendly and don’t stick to the body when you sweat. Choose cotton.
Don’t go commando - when out
When you are home (probably night), you should leave your assets free so that they get back to the healthy shape that you always wanted them to be. However, when you step out, make sure you don’t end up wearing just nothing because that would give you chafing and rashes on the inner thighs. You can invest in a pair of sexy men’s underwear to feel free yet have support down there. Something like g-string underwear would be beneficial for your assets.
Wash your face
If you really want to feel the cool, make sure you wash your face after certain intervals to keep your face sweat-free and clean. Don’t use harsh soaps or face washes every time but be gentle with your face.
Keep yourself feeling fresh and free in the scorching heat.
