£5.5 BILLION INVESTMENT Liverpool’s iconic docklands will completely transform, thanks to the ambition and vision for Liverpool Waters. Extending the city’s iconic waterfront for the first time in 50 years, it will mean that the Northern Docks will reconnect directly to the beating heart of the city as it once did in by-gone years.
