T H E O L D C O U R T H O U S E Located in the heart of the bustling town of Luton, The Old Court House is a new mixed-use scheme comprises of 118 modern residential one-and twobedroom units. Below the residences sits seven state-of-the-art commercial units, which are situated on the ground floor of the building. Luton has long been a centre of industry, with many manufacturing and internationally acclaimed companies basing themselves in the town. Founded by Alexander Wilson in 1857, Vauxhall, a well-known British car company is centred in the town employing around 900 staff. Vauxhall has major manufacturing facilities in Luton, with a capacity to build some 100,000 units per annum.
