Dear Neighbors, Welcome to 2017.

Mission Bay has become one of San Francisco’s fastest growing neighborhoods. With its sunny weather, green parks, and easy access to freeways, Mission Bay has become a popular neighborhood for young professionals, families, retirees, and dog lovers. There has been tremendous growth in Mission Bay in the last five years, and the most recent development was the breaking ground ceremony for the new Golden State Warriors Stadium. More and more people are finding that the beautiful waterfront neighborhood has a lot to offer, but there is just not enough inventory. Although there is a lot of uncertainty in the real estate market, one of the biggest factors affecting San Francisco real estate is the increasing interest rates. With interest rates having already risen 75 basis points in the last 3 months, homebuyers are more motivated and serious to purchase before the next set of rate hikes. It’s an unusually active January, and if you’re considering buying or selling, we can provide a free consultation on how to maximize your return. Sincerely, Sherry & Vi Your #1 Mission Bay Team, and fellow Mission Bay Homeowners
