Q2 is coming to an end, and the activity in Mission Bay is no different from the first quarter of the year. Inventory remains slim in Mission Bay, but there is an apparent decline in average $/SF. Current prices are comparable to Fall 2015 prices. We believe this is the first year of a multi-year correction in our real estate market. There is more equilibrium between buyers and sellers, and we advise sellers to reexamine their time horizons for holding property. If within 12 months, we believe now is the time for sellers to maximize return on their investment. We understand the cost of selling is expensive.
