We were fortunate to list and sell the first $2+ million dollar resales at The Infinity since August of 2016. 47 MLS units sold in South Beach at an average price of $1,305,994.* The Harrison is over 60% sold and The Related’s project at 1st and Folsom, www.theaverysf.com, has risen into the sky and will begin sales this June. The new Transbay Terminal is taking shape nicely. Everyday in the neighborhood there seems to be more pedestrians and more ridesharing devices on the street such as scooters and bicycles.
