There was a lot of activity at the start of 2018 with homes selling quickly at strong prices, and Q2 is no different. The graph to the right shows the rolling 12 month median price per square foot, and home prices have never been this high in the history of Mission Bay. The median price per square foot was $1,088 in January and $1,141 in June 2018, a 5% increase! Summer time is typically slow for San Francisco Real Estate, so it’ll be interesting to see if this upward trend continues throughout the Summer months.
