Skybox Realty 2022 Q1 Report
Dear Neighbors, Happy Spring! The warmer months usually bring out more buyers, and I’m starting to see more activity pick up for the condo market throughout San Francisco. Mission Bay has been slow so far this year; buyers weren’t as active and homes weren’t moving as quickly as they did one year prior. In the graph below, you’ll see that the number of homes sold started to go down at the end of last year, and the decline continued throughout 2022. 105 90 75 60 2021

Omicron played a huge role in the volume of homes sold; there was no urgency to return to work and to the city, but luckily, this will soon change. More employees are coming back into the office, traffic is increasing, and I anticipate an active Summer and Fall.
