ELOCEN’S BEGINNINGS

After working in the construction management industry for 14 years as an employee to several prominent companies and continuously being overlooked for promotions and upward mobility within the frms she faithfully and expertly served, Necole Parker decided to step out on faith and form her own company. On that day The ELOCEN Group was born. The name “ELOCEN” was chosen because it is Necole’s name spelled backwards.

ELOCEN began its journey in 2006 in the basement of Necole’s parents’ home, dubbed the “Million Dollar Basement,” where she also lived at the time. ELOCEN was offcially incorporated in 2007. Within just fve years, ELOCEN went from Necole being the company’s sole employee to employing several full-time employees and contractors.

With this rapid growth, The ELOCEN Group moved to its frst commercial offce space in Washington, DC. in 2010. As the company continued to grow and expand its horizons beyond the Capital Region, The ELOCEN Group rebranded to refect the company’s now greater services, scope, capacity, and approach to providing streamlined client solutions, attention to detail, and a focused emphasis on quality customer care.

In the years since, The ELOCEN Group has expanded its offces and reach into Virginia, Georgia, and Florida markets as the company continues to Engage, Execute, and Deliver –always striving to build on the extraordinary foundation that has been laid.

ELOCEN LEADERSHIP

An organization, no matter how well it is designed, is only as good as the people who lead and build it.

TESTIMONIALS

Working with Necole and The ELOCEN Group has been a joy over the years. Necole is the quintessential CEO, servant leader, colleague, and friend. She sets the vision, points the ELOCEN ship in the right direction, and then trusts that her team will get the company to where she wants it to go. I am honored to be a part of her team. Congratulations on 15 years of success and may you have many more!

STACEY KEY

Congratulations to Necole and her awesome team at the ELOCEN Group, as you celebrate your 15th anniversary. I am amazed at all that you have accomplished and the many awards you’ve won in such a short time. You are a superstar! The GMSDC couldn’t be more proud of how you have built your company into an industry powerhouse. You rock! Here’s to even greater things over the next 15 years.

The ELOCEN Group, a trusted Presidents Circle member of the U.S. Black Chambers (USBC), Inc., has excelled in the areas of Advocacy, Access to Capital, Contracting, and Entrepreneurial Training. Necole has demonstrated and modeled what it means to being a committed entrepreneur, who has selfessly put her clients, team, and strategic partners before her own needs. And this characteristic has enabled her to build lasting and meaningful relationships, which in turn have fostered her company’s growth. I am proud to acknowledge Necole and ELOCEN in achieving their 15 Year Anniversary mark!

Over my 12 year tenure with WPEO now WBEC Greater DMV I have watched Necole and ELOCEN grow to become a force in the local entrepreneur space. Necole is a generous, smart dedicated leader who not only is about her business, but is also about her connections and her team. She is always willing to share her knowledge and information. I am so happy to congratulate Necole and ELOCEN on the success of the frst 15 years and send well wishes for the next 15.
