PANELISTS David S. Iannucci has served in the Administration of Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker as the Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Economic Development since 2011. In that position, he directly oversees the activities of Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation, FSC First, and the Conference and Visitors Bureau. Mr. Iannucci plays a prominent role on the County’s key projects such as the pursuit of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters, a new Regional Medical Center, and the Purple Line, working to retain and support the County’s existing business community, and oversight of the County Executive’s $50 million Economic Development Incentive Fund.

In his 40 year career, Mr. Iannucci has served in many positions within state and local government. His previous positions include Secretary of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development, Executive Director of the Baltimore County Department of Economic Development, and under former Maryland Governor William Donald Schaefer, Chief Legislative Officer. Mr. Iannucci is a 1979 graduate of the University Of Maryland School Of Law, a member of the Maryland Bar, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park. David S. Iannucci is also a former President of the Maryland Economic Development Association and is a member of the MEDA Hall of Fame. A long-time resident of Prince George’s County, he resides in Bowie with his wife and daughter.
A lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, Council Chairman Derrick Leon Davis represents the Sixth Councilmanic District of Prince George’s County. This includes the constituent areas of South Bowie, Capitol Heights, District Heights, Forestville, Kettering, Largo, Mitchellville and Upper Marlboro. In the 2017 Legislative Year, Chairman Davis serves as the Chair of Rules, General Assembly and Committee of the Whole (COW). He also serves on the Prince George’s County Board of Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Vice-Chairman of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) Board of Directors.

Council Chairman Davis is a graduate of Central High School and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a passionate music enthusiast, a member of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, and the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He currently resides in Mitchellville with his wife, Sherry.

PANELISTS University of Maryland Capital Region Health, he is responsible for the functions of the integrated health system comprised of the 233-bed Prince Georges’ Hospital Center; 91-bed Laurel Regional Hospital; 46-bed Gladys Noon Spellman Specialty Care Center within Laurel Regional Hospital; Bowie Health Center, a 24-hour freestanding emergency room facility with an Ambulatory Surgery Center and two primary care centers. The entire University of Maryland Capital Region Health, a Member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) employs approximately 3,000 people and sees approximately 180,000 patients each year.

During his tenure he has led the organization through a period of significant growth and expansion. Mr. Moore has successfully streamlined business operations, focused on internal efficiencies, physician relations and a culture of safety leading to significant improvement. Through Mr. Moore’s leadership, an Electronic Health Record system was implemented that transformed the service delivery model of the entire system’s emergency rooms with physicians from University of Maryland Medical System. Mr. Moore has demonstrated his commitment to the communities he has worked in through his willingness to share expertise with others by participating in numerous boards, roundtable discussions and mentoring. He has mentored student members of the National Association of Health Services Executives, University of Maryland, and Greater New York Hospital Association. Many of his mentees have subsequently pursued careers in health care. Mr. Moore belongs to several professional organizations that include American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Leadership Greater Washington (LGW). He holds an MBA in finance from New York Institute of Technology, an MPA in finance and public financing from Long Island University, an MPH from New York University, and a BS in human resources and accounting from St. Joseph College.
Greg Goldberg joined RPAI in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President, Leasing Director – Eastern Division. Previously, Mr. Goldberg was a Retail Specialist for Uniwest Commercial Realty, a large commercial development company in the Greater Washington D.C. area. Prior to joining Uniwest, Mr. Goldberg was Vice President – Leasing for Starwood Ceruzzi’s Mid Atlantic office. Mr. Goldberg started in the industry as a retail broker at Carey Winston/Transwestern in 1994, giving him twenty years’ of experience in retail real estate. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. from Purdue University. Mr. Goldberg holds Real Estate sales license in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of ICSC.
