RPC 3-STEP PROCESS
1 2 3
PLANNING AND DESIGN: The pre-planning and design phase is the most important step in the construction process. It is crucial to have a clear and detailed plan in place before any work begins. This includes determining the scope of the project, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and setting a budget and schedule. Having a detailed plan in place will help to ensure that the project runs smoothly and that the final result meets our client’s needs and expectations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION:
During the renovation process, an RPC Project Manager oversees all areas of project including scheduling, coordination of the various trades, budgeting, and quality control. Over the years, this has translated to an efficient and transparent construction workflow from the initial planning stages to the final walk-through and closeout.
INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL: The renovation process involves multi-level stages – the most critical of these being implementing all applicable building codes and regulatory guidelines. This requires diligent inspections of multiple components - electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, structural elements, and fire protection systems. Our entire onsite team is fully trained and versed in RPC’s quality management system to ensure all work adheres to the correct standards, and that the final product is safe, code-compliant, and meets serves the client’s needs.
