Designed three residential rain gardens for the Rosedale Runoff Reduction Project between the Wilkinsburg and Homewood North neighborhoods. Gained experience and knowledge on sustainable practices in Pittsburgh through stormwater management. Revised various construction details for rain garden design. Generated AutoCAD documents of residential design to send to contractors for bid.
Penn State Student Orientation and Transition Programs University Park, Pennsylvania Orientation Leader January 2019 - August 2019
Collaborated with 20 other leaders to create a smooth transition for over 7,500 students in the Penn State Class of 2023. Led 22 groups of 20 students over the course of nine weeks and established intrapersonal connections between myself and the students. Responded to questions from over 1,500 parents and families of incoming first-year students on a Current Penn State Student panel.
