Praneeth Vemulapalli, M.D. Dr. Praneeth Vemulapalli received his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, graduating with Research Honors. He completed his surgical and urological training at SUNY Stony Brook University Medical Center. He came to the Hudson Valley from Ohio State University Medical Center where he was awarded the prestigious Clinical Fellowship in Robotic Urologic Surgery for 2011-2012. Dr. Paul Pomerantz is a board certified urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center before finishing his training at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in the Bronx. Dr. Pomerantz has more than 30 years of experience treating a wide range of urological conditons, including infectious, inflammatory and malignant issues of the urinary tract, and management of stone disease. He has served on a number of ad hoc committees at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, and is an active member of the community. Areas of Expertise • Kidney stone disease • General urology

Yu-Kuan Lin, M.D. Dr. Yu-Kuan Lin is a 2011 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both biology and psychology from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency in the Department of General Surgery — Urology Divisin at Pennsylvania State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2016.

Dr. Jaspreet Singh is a board certified urologist. He obtained his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his clinical internship at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center followed by general surgery and urologic surgical residencies at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and Hahnemann University Hospital. Following residency, Dr. Singh went on to pursue a fellowship in Urologic Surgical Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

It is the goal of St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital to provide you with the best patient experience by utilizing a seamless approach to your care. Trisha Beck, MS, BSN, RN, NE-BC Assistant Vice President of Clinical Practice St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Endourology — The small fiber optic scopes are used to see the lining of the urinary tract from kidney to bladder, and used to treat stones and some tumors. Oncology — Diagnosis and treatment of cancer of the urinary tract of men and women. Laparoscopy — Surgical procedures in which a fiber optic instrument is inserted through a small incision in the abdomen and used to perform surgery of the kidney, ureters, bladder and prostate. Robotically-Assisted Laparoscopy — Performed for prostate, kidney and bladder surgery, using the daVinci® Surgical System. Urinary Tract Infection — Treatment of bacterial infection of the urethra, bladder, ureters or kidneys. Neurology and Female Urology — Treatment of urological conditions that have a neurological origin such as spinal cord injury and disorders of the urinary tract in females such as urinary leakage.
