here is no mistaking the complete sense of calm that is Los Poblanos Historic Inn and Organic Farm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Before you step out of your car, a long drive takes you into the property, passing alpacas and sheep on your left and rows upon rows of lavender on your right. The sights (Sandia Mountains), smells (lavender galore) and sounds (simply quiet) evoke ease and a satisfying stillness.
