ABOUT US Kruti Interiors is a building and civil engineering dynamic construction company. It was founded and incorporated in 2010 and has grown from a five person organization into a multi-million dollar construction service provider. We add value by creating ideal outcomes for both property owners and tenants, where they love the transformation of their property and maximize the financial returns achieved. Delivering refurbishment and construction projects is what we do. Our philosophy is that all successful projects are founded on the people responsible for the project and our team is dedicated to understanding our client’s business objectives so that they can create buildings which cater for their needs. We are a growing company with a proven track record in delivering successful projects where all stakeholders would like to work together again. HOW WE GET IT DONE Our strength in delivery is largely attributable to our core team’s extensive experience in construction. We deliver construction projects to multiple sectors including office, industrial, retail, hospitality and multi unit residential buildings. Kruti Interiors are a team of construction professionals with extensive experience in small to large complex projects. We are single source for design and construction. For this purpose, we have partnered with architectural and engineering firms. The design build relationship helps us to respond to tighter cost controls and shorter time frames. Our delivery is successful due to strong leadership from our construction team getting involved at the early stages of the project to identify the project risks. This allows the design to be procured and delivered to exacting standards.
In order to ensure quality in the execution of contracts, the company has a quality assurance program, which contains – Strict adherence to professional standards of practice. Close supervision of work teams. Clear and precise assignments of tasks and responsibilities. Good project management. Better management of money, machine, manpower, materials and work methods.
PERSONNEL Mr. Dilip Kumar Patel has been associated with the Construction business for the last 20 years. He has handled a number of projects in Uganda. These includes, Newton apartments, Tecno Apartments Mall among others from which he has gathered a lot of experience ranging from small and multi-million projects. He has gained vast experience as formerly a director of OM interiors Ltd which have accomplished state of the art works like the Kampala Serena Exterior finishes, Speke Hotel, Kabira Country club among others. This special touch of class explaines his passion which is getting his clients satisified and this has resulted into reapeated clients who believe in his work that surely speaks volumes.
