This 21 Days of Wellness Email Coaching Program consists of content for 21 coaching emails designed to be delivered to your clients over the course of 3 weeks – providing them with practical information and tools to create a strong foundation for optimal health while giving you the chance to connect with them EVERYDAY throughout the course of three weeks. You can use this program as a free gift to entice potential clients to sign up for your newsletter list, and set up an auto-responder to deliver the emails for the next 21 days. What better way to appear in your potential clients’ inbox for 21 days in a row, and train them to open your emails? You will build the “Like, Know and Trust” factor, and establish yourself as their ally in providing valuable tools and information. You can create an entry-level price point program to enhance your business model. It’s a great way to introduce you and your service to new clients who want to find out more about you but not ready to invest in mid- or high-end products and services. A product at a lower price point also gets people to start buying from you – an entry into getting them to buy more expensive products and services from you later on. Marketing researches have shown that 40% of people who have bought from you once will buy from you again. You can jazz up the content and create a mid-level coaching program by elaborating on a couple of topics that are in your area of expertise and creating audio/video content for those topics. E.g. if you are a weight loss expert, your weight loss Monday can be an audio or video training with more information. To increase the value (i.e. price) of the program, you can also add a live call for Q&A/laser coaching so that participants can get more personal attention. This content can also be leveraged to be a component of an on-going membership program that combines auto-responder with a closed Facebook group where participants can get support from you and from each other. To create a membership program, you can refer to the Guide to Creating Your Membership Site in 90 Minutes with $0 Upfront Cost (http://slideberry.com/membership-program-in-90-minutes/). At the end of the sign up process, you can direct participant to your email newsletter form where they enter their contact information to start getting coaching emails from the auto-responder.

The Structure of the Program The program focuses on one particular topic each day of the week. Each day participants will receive an email with a few tips and tools on that day’s topic, and an “assignment” related to the tips that will move them toward taking action and making changes. The basic format of the program is in email (written) form, but it can be easily adapted to variations, such as one based on membership site, or to include audio or video components. Topics covered in this program: Monday: Weight Management Tuesday: Cravings Wednesday: Energy and Mental Clarity Thursday: Emotional Balance Friday: Stress Management Saturday: Mindset for Success Sunday: Progress Check You can simply cut and paste the content into an email template and hit send – it’s all ready to go. However, I do urge you to include a personal note, share some personal experience, put a little twist to the content or ask a question, so that people will get to know you better. It’s a great chance to build an emotional connection with your tribe. People buy from emotions – build this relationship and they will buy more from you further down the road. When appropriate, you can introduce your programs and services that are relevant to the topic discussed. E.g. when toxicity is mentioned, you can provide additional resource to your readers by directing them to your detox program so that they can take it one step further.

Mondays Weight Management Week 1 Weight Management 101 – let’s cover the basics. Over a quarter of Americans are obese – learning from our own blunders can help us avoid more mistakes in the future. Here are the top 5 reasons why America has become a nation of overweight people – avoid these and you can free yourself from our nation's "fat trap": Trap #1 Processed foods overload – they are cheap and convenient, but they are also full of sodium, sugar, chemicals and empty calories. When your body doesn’t get the nutrients it needs, it will crave more food. Solution #1 Crowd out processed foods by adding in more unprocessed, whole foods into your diet. They are nutrient-dense, and when your body gets the necessary nutrients, you will have fewer cravings. To reduce the cost of buying fresh produce, visit the farmer’s market to get seasonal fruits and vegetables that are available in abundance. Plus, since they are local, you are not paying for the long-distance transportations cost. Trap #2 Sedentary lifestyle – many people are taking in more than they burn. Solution #2 Find the kind of movement that you enjoy. It doesn’t have to be a sweaty workout in a boring gym! Physical movements can be taking a walk with your dog, playing catch with your kids, dancing with your friends or tending to your garden. Start small – how about taking 15 – 30 minute during lunch break to walk around the block? . . . .

Tuesdays Cravings Week 1 Bust the Sugar Devil – part 1 Cravings can be a way that your body is telling you something. Honor your cravings by getting to the root cause of it, and find out what your body really needs. There are many root causes to sugar cravings. Weaning off sugar can be so much easier if you tackle these root causes, rather then just going cold turkey. Yin/Yang Imbalance All foods can be placed on the Yin/Yang spectrum based on their energetics. Yin foods are cooling and expanding, while Yang foods are warming and contracting. When we eat too much Yang foods – such as red meat, salt and egg, our body will want some Yin foods to restore balance. Sugar and alcohol are extreme Yin foods that our body would usually crave. Armed with this knowledge, you can reduce your sugar cravings by eating less extreme yang foods and instead, choose foods that are more neutral on the spectrum. Examples are whole grains, fish, sea vegetables, beans, root vegetables, and winter squash. . . . . *** Day 2 Assignment Pay attention to circumstances under which you have cravings – after eating a lot of salty and meaty food? Or, at 4pm when you are falling asleep at your desk? Your observation will get you closer to the root cause, and you can implement the recommendations that are targeted to what is making you crave sugar.

Wednesdays Energy and Mental Clarity Week 1 Eat Right for Sustained Energy To maintain an even level of energy that will carry you through the day, you want to minimize spikes and crashes in your energy level. The key is to make sure your nutritional intake supports a sustained flow of energy by limiting fluctuation in blood sugar level. An even blood sugar level can also help you improve your focus and concentration, as well as prevent mood swings caused by hypoglycemia. Here are 5 tips to use nutrition to support a sustained flow of energy: 1. Eat meals with a low glycemic load to prevent digested sugar from rushing into your blood stream too rapidly, causing massive fluctuation in insulin and blood sugar level – combine whole grains and vegetables (high fiber foods) with a moderate amount of good fats and lean protein. 2. Eat foods rich in B vitamins, such as whole grains and nutritional yeast. B vitamins are essential in body’s energy production process. If you take a B-complex supplement, do so in the morning to help boost your daytime energy. . . . .
*** Day 3 Assignment Tune into the kind of food that works well with your body to help boost your energy. Keep a food journal and observe the type of food you eat, your energy level 30 minutes after eating, and your energy level 2 hours after eating. Are there some foods that give you more energy for a longer period of time than others?
