Here at Slifer Smith & Frampton we have always analyzed all aspects of the market with a focus on inventory and company listings, as well as sales activity and sales prices. Here are some interesting facts regarding the current inventory and absorption in Eagle County: • With right around 1,500 listings (land and residential) currently in the MLS, Eagle County has the lowest summer inventory since 2007 • SSF has listed, or re-listed, over 360 properties since April 1st and sold almost 90 of our listings in the same time period • The absorption rate of new listings to sold listings for SSF properties is about 4 months, a 4-year low • With well-priced homes going under contract within days, a sense of urgency is returning to the Eagle County market
