ANNOUNCEMENTS (continued)

welcome

Welcome to Sligo. We are happy to have you as a part of our worship experience. If you have attended Sligo in the past several weeks then you are keenly aware February 27, Saturday that I have been sharing a great deal on the topic of community and our responsibilities as members of this Young Adults GLOW, Memorial Chapel, 9:30 a.m. beautiful community we call Sligo. One of the many Sligo Underground, Youth Room, 11:00 a.m. benefits afforded our community is that our campus Children’s Choir Rehearsal, Choir Room, 1:30 p.m. is part of the larger community that is Washington Adventist University. And because we sit on the very same campus and share some of the February 29, Monday same space, there is a connection that is experienced not just when Regeneration Ministries, Office Conference Room, 7:30 p.m. Sabbath rolls around, but on each day of the week. We are privileged to have a part of the WAU community with us today from its Religion Department, along with members of its faculty, to lead us in worship. March 2, Wednesday The Department of Religion here at WAU plays a major role in helping Prayer Gathering, Sanctuary, 7:00 p.m. to fulfill the University’s mission to “Engage minds and transform (or by phone: 949.229.4400 Pin:4997774#, 7:35 p.m.) lives.” We are pleased to have the chairman, Dr. Aleksander Santrac, Sligo Adult Choir Rehearsal, Choir Room, 8:00 p.m. share a message titled, “The Inevitability of Delay and the Delay of the Inevitable.” March 3, Thursday - Charles A. Tapp Exercise Class, Office Chapel, 6:30 p.m.
