Welcome to Sligo today. In her book, “Angels Are for Real,” Judith Macnutt shares several inspiring accounts of individuals who have claimed they have July 26, Saturday received visits from angels during extremely critical Joy Fuller Memorial Service, Sanctuary, 4:00 p.m. times in their lives. One such story is told by Anthony Knighton, whose wife became concerned about her July 28, Monday health, following an emergency visit to the ER. Upon Regeneration Ministries, Office Conf. Room, 7:00 p.m. returning home, his wife woke up in the middle of the night and her Administrative Board Meeting, Fellowship Hall A, 7:00 p.m. room was filled with a brilliant light. She told him that she saw an angel standing in the middle of her room. Although the angel only July 29, Tuesday stayed for five seconds, when he vanished, she says that she was Prayer Gathering, Sanctuary, 7:00 p.m. filled with peace, knowing that God was with her and would continue to be with her throughout her illness. And this is only one of the Or by phone: 949.229.4400 Pin:4997774#, 7:35 p.m. many stories that fill the pages of her book with encouragement and hope that God is with those who desperately need to be “Touched July 30, Wednesday by an Angel.” In Part II of our series will we learn that although God Sanctuary Choir Rehearsal, Choir Room, 7:30 p.m. dispatches these divine messengers to intercede in the lives of His Full Plate Living, Fellowship Hall B, 7:00 p.m. children, there is another powerful force at work that is determined to foil their efforts. - Pr.
