Welcome to Sligo Church. As a pastor, you can only imagine the number of weddings I have officiated over the last thirty-three years. I don’t even think I March 14, Saturday know for sure how many it has been, but I do know Homeless Ministry, Discipleship Room, 2:00 p.m. that it has been a lot. And that doesn’t even include those weddings where I was just one of the many in March 15, Sunday attendance. But however many it has been, there is one thing that Pathfinder Meeting, Office Chapel, 9:00 a.m. I definitely know for sure, regardless of all that takes place at these special occasions, the bride is always the center of attention. There is something about the bride and what she represents that can make even the least romantically March 17, Tuesday inclined gasp in awe at the sight of her as she walks down the aisle to Sligo Bell Choir Practice, SAS Room #114, 7:00 p.m. meet her groom. Today as we continue our series The Church on Trial, we are given a unique perspective into the nature of the Kingdom of March 18, Wednesday God, from a bride’s eye view.
