You don’t have to be glued to the news to realize that the times in which we live are very different March 16, Sunday than they were even ten years ago. It seems as Pathfinder Meeting, Office Chapel, 9:00 a.m. though the moral compass of our nation and even our world is eroding at an extremely rapid March 17, Monday pace. It would appear as though many today are Regeneration Ministries, Office Conf. Room, 7:00 p.m. living by a new code; a new set of rules where basically anything goes and all the old standards have simply been tossed out March 18, Tuesday the proverbial window. Pretty soon if we’re not careful we might Prayer Gathering, Sanctuary, 7:00 p.m. find ourselves living in a society where there are no standards March 19, Wednesday at all. It has been said that a standardless society that permits Sligo Ringers, SAS - Room 114, 7:00 p.m. anything, will eventually lose everything. As you join us in Sanctuary Choir Rehearsal, Choir Room, 7:30 p.m. worship today we will be presenting the second installment in March 21, Friday a series under the banner of The Heart of Christianity with the message, “A Word for Life.” Despite what may be going on in Telugu Vespers, Memorial Chapel, 7:00 p.m. our world today, God has established a standard for His people March 22, Saturday that if faithfully adhered to, will help us navigate through the Adult Sabbath School Training, Fellowship Hall A, 8:30 a.m. treacherous waters of this life while also preparing us for the Homeless Ministry, Discipleship Room, 2:00 p.m. next.

• The Bible is the inspired word of God and our only rule of faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16, 17). • Jesus Christ is the Divine Son of God and our personal Savior from sin by grace through faith. (John 1:1-3; Ephesians 2:8). • Having been saved, followers of Jesus live in obedience to Him by observing the Ten Commandments. (Exodus 20: 1-17; John 14:15). • The Sabbath – the seventh day of the week- established by God at creation and honored by Jesus in His earthly ministry, is to be observed by the followers of Jesus. (Exodus 20:8-11; 1 Peter 2:21). • Jesus is coming back to earth personally and visibly to raise the righteous dead and give His faithful children of all ages immortality in an earth made new. (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; Revelation 22:12; 21:1-3). • Our love for God is demonstrated primarily by our love for our fellowmen. (1 John 4:20; Matthew 25:34-40)
