BREXIT

Last year the property market saw a slower process with the focus being on Brexit and what effect it would have on house values. This has since changed and the start of the year saw a huge increase in property listings and sales.

MY PREDICTIONS

I believe we will continue to see a rise in the property market, with Spring being the season when traditionally most vendors decide the time is right to market their property.

FIRST TIME BUYER?

With the current, exceptionally low mortgage rates it’s a buyers market, with first time buyers being the major benefactors.
