1. Make a refundable deposit of $500, payable to Acclaim at Cary Pointe

The undersigned (“Resident/Responsible Party”) and Acclaim at Cary Pointe hereby agree to the following:
1. Acclaim at Cary Pointe acknowledges receipt of your deposit in the amount of $500.
2. These funds will be credited toward Community Service Fee and/or monthly service fees, as applicable, once a residency agreement has been signed.
3. Once notified of certificate of occupancy, Diamond Charter Members will have 30 days to select an apartment and enter into a residency agreement.
4. This deposit will be fully refundable upon written request any time prior to entering into residency agreement. Written notice to Acclaim at Cary Pointe is required, and you will be refunded the full amount within thirty (30) days of such written notice of cancellation.

Your application fee provides a conditional guarantee for the apartment you selected, subject to third-party financial due diligence approval. Along with your application, you must submit the $50 application fee and proof of income (such as Social Security Income, Pensions, Bank Account Statement, etc.). Acclaim at Cary Pointe (Community) honors first right of refusal. If another party is interested in your apartment and is willing to take immediate possession (begin paying rent), we will contact you to take immediate possession of your apartment. If you choose to not exercise this right within 48 hours of Community’s notification to your Primary Contact by phone, voicemail or email, your apartment will no longer be available and will be placed on a wait list for a comparable apartment subject to the same terms and conditions contained herein and Community will retain your deposit, applying it to a similar apartment type. Moving into the apartment you selected is subject to all of the policies, rules and regulations of the Community, resident handbook, etc., in addition to your and a financially responsible party’s signature of the apartment residency agreement within 72 hours of this deposit submission.
Note that a binding residency agreement will be subject to the execution of a separate residency agreement. If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to take possession (begin paying rent) of your selected apartment by the end of the two (2) week period or the date listed above, you relinquish the first right of refusal status, and the apartment will be made available to another party.
If at any time prior to taking possession (begin paying rent) of your apartment you are unable or unwilling to move into our apartment, or your application is declined following financial due diligence, your application fee is nonrefundable. Please know that the team at Acclaim at Cary Pointe is committed to supporting you through each step of your move.
