Workbook Volume One – Visions From God
God gives leaders a vision; however, if a leader does not establish the vision using the tools and principles established in His Word, the vision will tarry.
Workbook Volume Two – Ministry or Position? The Gifts Are In the House
When God gives you a vision, He will equip you with the necessary people to accomplish the vision. Learn how to stir up the gifts that are created on the inside of every believer for the work of the Ministry.
Workbook Volume Three – Infrastructure (Organization and Structure of the Gifts)
In Exodus 18, Jethro instructed Moses to choose some able men to help him oversee the children of Israel. Likewise, Pastors must select them over the various departments to train and develop the gifts in the people under them. With small ministries, you may not desire to be this structured; however, with a large ministry of 300 or more workers, you will need to establish a Ministry of Helps Personnel Office.

Invest in your people and your people will invest in your ministry. This book demonstrates the process of reproduction of the gifts to keep up with the growth of the church in serving the needs of the people.
