The Twenty-First Sunday after Pentecost: Proper 23

October 14, 2018 Welcome To Saint Michael! As the summer temperatures slowly start to subside, things are heating up at Saint Michael! We’re glad you’ve chosen to worship with us today as we move further in to our yearlong “God’s Story” journey (reading the entire Bible) and seek to learn more about being disciples of Jesus. If you are visiting or in need of prayer support, please fill out a communication/prayer request card located in the backs of the pews. Saint Michael is a family and we hope you’ll consider becoming a part of it. Come back soon!

Children & Family Ministries

& Youth Ministries From the generosity of the people of Saint Michael, the Children and Family (CFM) and Youth Ministry programs have grown in health and size over the past few years. Great plans exist to grow these two nurturing ministries for the faith of our children and teens—but we need your help! Through the expansion of Sunday classes, weekday small groups, special topic series, service projects and trips, our children and teens are experiencing faith opportunities that are enriching at all levels. We are asking every family to consider a significant 2019 pledge in the hopes that our shared resources may continue to support these vital ministries by the support of an increased staff. Because of your gifts thus far, our youth group, in conjunction with three other diocesan groups, served many in Alaska, and also enabled AV upgrades for Joy: A Children’s Service and our Youth Center facilities! To learn more about what is going on in CFM and Youth Ministries—and how you can help in the
