We’re so glad you’ve joined us at Saint Michael today! We’d love to get to know you better, so please take a moment to fill out the welcome card, either physically or digitally, that can be found on the opposite page or in the pew back in front of you. Our Welcome Team members are in the hallways today to help you with anything you need.

I hope you’ll plan to join us in a few weeks for the Feast of Saint Michael and All Angels on Sunday, September 24. This year the festivities will be even bigger than usual, so please mark it down and plan to join us in person as we launch a new chapter of our life together.

In addition to praying together, I invite you to learn together every week. We offer classes for all ages on Sundays, and the schedule of what’s happening today is to the right. I encourage you to plug in to the excellent learning opportunities for you and those you love, as well as opportunities to serve together that can be found in the back of this bulletin. As a tutor, you will support students in Reading, Math, and/or English (with a focus on conversational English). The ability to speak Spanish is not required, but dual language tutors are needed. Scheduling is flexible throughout the school day; however, we would like volunteers to commit to a time slot one day a week as you will be assigned specific students.

TELA HONDURAS MISSION TRIP

Saint Michael will send a team to Tela, Honduras on February 17 – 24, 2024 as we continue our longtime work in this community. The team provides fluoride treatments for children and vision screenings and reading glasses for seniors. The team also leads Christian Education in the barrios of Tela and at Espiritu Santos Episcopal School. The team may also do painting and/or construction projects. PILGRIMAGE TO ANTARCTICA JAN. 2025 INFORMATIONAL MEETING

The pilgrimage to Antarctica is planned with two elements in mind: spiritual growth as a Christian disciple and stewardship of God’s creation. We will cruise with a team of scientists who will provide lectures along the way. We also have the daily options to explore the White Continent on hikes, kayaking and zodiac tours.
