THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CONGRESS
The Mexican Society of Health Specialized Architects A.C. (SMAES) and the Mexican Association of Health Engineers A.C. (AMIESAC) are associated with the objective of carrying out the International Congress Transversality in Health Infrastructure, based in Mexico City, which at the same time is honored to receive the International Federation of Hospital Engineering (IFHE), to carry out its annual meeting of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, likewise, it is appropriate to mention that Mexico was selected as the host country by the IFHE during the congress held in Brazil in 2017, of which SMAES and AMIESAC are currently belonging organizations.
ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE
The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee are composed of remarkable people who join forces to implement the International Congress Transversality in Infrastructure for Health with headquarters in Mexico 2023, adding the will to create synergies in search of reflections on the future of healthcare infrastructure.
CONGRESS THEMES
For a problem to be transversal, it must have a political, economic, social, ecological and cultural impact, and this can affect on a personal scale, in the community and in the environment.
With the application of a transversal approach from the planning, design, construction, operation, administration and investigation of infrastructure for health, it is intended to contribute to the solution of the aforementioned problems.
The foregoing, aimed at fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the General Assembly of the UNITED Nations (AG - UN) in 2015 and formalized in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

SCIENTIFIC COMITTEE
The Scientific Committee consists of 15 national and international members, all with extensive experience and recognized leadership in the health field and in their respective organizations, involved in development planning, design, construction, operation, administration and research, among others.
The main function of the Honorable Advisory Group is to advise and coordinate the content and topics to be presented at the 19th International Congress Mainstreaming in Health Infrastructure.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAM
The previous program will begin with the sessions to meet the agenda of the International Federation of Healthcare Engineering, on November 4 and 5 with a distinguished international group that will have its annual meeting of its Board of Directors and its annual meeting of the Executive Committee.

HOSPITAL DE JESÚS
Founded in, 1524 by Hernán Cortés with the name of “Hospital de la Purísima Concepción”, as one of the first actions to consume the conquest of México-Tenochtitlan, being the first hospital of America.
This Colonial construction remained unchanged until 1934, when the hospital board built a five-level building, a work from the architect José Villagrán, preserving only the original courtyards.
Currently, it is a Private Assistance Institution that provides services of extern medical consultation, laboratory, X rays, among others.

INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE CANCEROLOGÍA (INCAN)
INCAN is a public health agency; was created in 1946 to provide medical care specialized in cancer patients, being also a reference center and governing body Cancer in Mexico.
Currently, comprehensive medical care is provided to cancer patients and their families, and is recognized as the best-equipped cancer center in Latin America, where conducts research and teaching with national impact.

INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE REHABILITACIÓN LUIS GUILLERMO IBARRA IBARRA (INR)
The INR is a third level public body, dependent on the Ministry of Health; was created in 2005 and is currently considered a leader in highly specialized medical care and human resource training in the fields of Orthopedics, Rehabilitation Medicine and Audiology and more recently in Otorhinolaryngology.
Likewise, it has a national presence through the Extramural Surgery campaigns and the National Center for Investigation and Care of Burns.
The institute has services such as: Administrative Areas, Comprehensive Rehabilitation, Consultation External, Audiology, Phoniatrics and Speech Pathology, Auxiliary Diagnostic Services and Paramedical Services, Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, Hospitalization, Orthopedics, Surgical Support Services, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Burns, Skin and Tissue Bank, as well as areas of research and education.

HOSPITAL INFANTIL TELETÓN DE ONCOLOGÍA (HITO)
In 1997, the project that created the Teletón Foundation began, which offers specialized and exclusive care for children and adolescents with cancer, offering a comprehensive medical model that covers the diagnosis and treatment needs for any type of cancer.
The HITO has services such as: radiotherapy, bone marrow transplant, outpatient chemotherapy, imaging, nuclear medicine, analysis and special studies, clinical laboratory and blood bank, administrative services, as well as the Teletón House that has lodging and food for the family member. that accompanies the patient during their treatments, in a friendly environment, with colors and spaces that allow them to feel in a warm and comfortable environment during treatment.
