July 5, 2023 - All company logos (eps format only) and Company Descriptions must be submitted via email to launch@smithmooreassoc.com. Please include full company name and level of sponsorship in the subject line.

July 31, 2023 - No refunds after this date

August 23, 2023 - All complimentary registrations must be completed online

August 25, 2023 - All booth payments made after this date will incur a $350 late fee

Logo Specifications

You must send your logo in an eps format. If you do not have an eps version of your logo, please ensure what you send is a high resolution transparent png or pdf. Logos pulled from websites are not suitable for printing. We will not use your logo from the previous year unless explicitly told to do so. If you cannot provide any of the aforementioned formats, we cannot guarantee the quality of your logo in any digital or printed materials.

All company logos in both eps and png format are due by due by July 5, 2023 and should be submitted via email at launch@smithmooreassoc.com.

Booth Fees

Booths include two complimentary conference registrations who must be registered by using a unique promo code that will be sent to you the week you complete the booth reservation. These registrations must be completed online via the CAJPA website at cajpa.org no later than: Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

• $2,400 prior to July 14, 2023

Non-member rates:

• $5,400 prior to July 14, 2023

Standard Booth

Member rates:

Booth Dimensions

8’ deep x 10’ wide with 8’ high draped back and 3’ high side rails. (Exhibit hall is carpeted.)

Booth Furnishings

• Sides and back of booth are draped

• One 6’ draped table

• Two chairs

• One 500-watt electrical outlet (additional lighting is suggested)

• Basic wireless internet access in the Exhibit Hall

• One wastebasket

• One 7” x 44” company sign

Add a Sponsored Networking Lounge! $1,500

We will provide a private room with couches and comfortable chairs for you to use as a networking space. You can provide food, entertainment, games, and additional networking opportunities. This room is available for 45 minutes during the regular program and is available on a first come, first serve basis. Total times slots available: Six (6). To reserve your spot, please contact Beth Ramirez at beth2017@cajpa.org *Sponsor Networking Lounge is dependent on space availability. If the space is unavailable CAJPA staff will secure a comparable option.
