Minh mentioned about seeing ghost, and hearing voices. Sometimes talked about God and having special power from God given to him

The solicitor did not arrange for any interpreter

Minh continued to be detained under Section 3 of Mental Health Act due to condition of his mental health and risks that he poses to himself and others

Minh showed symptom of unwell as he muted, head down with dribbling from his mouth

Minh has his own money and is being kept by the hospital

Minh still hearing voice from Ghost, God, Buddha and still believing that he has special power to save people lives. He stated he could also predict when people die

Minh refused to take his medication today and not in a good spirit

Minh went to a shop to buy 2 bags of crisps I told him it was £1.50, but at the cashier they told him was £1, he turned round said to me why you said it was £1.50

The panel feels Minh has been in the hospital for too long and look for a suitable accommodation to discharge him

The team feel Minh’s condition will not change much for what ever length he stays in the hospital

Minh entered the room but he did not want to discuss. Ward round ended

Minh said that he feels as if he has liquid running from under his arm (a sensation that he feels)
