Kim and Kyle wriggled down the hole and came out into a dimly lit corridor. “If the symbols are correct we need to build a mini pyramid and chip a hole in the ceiling,” said Kim.

“These stones are pretty heavy. All that gym work is finally paying off,” joked Kim as they lifted the last stone in place. Then they climbed up and started chipping away at the ceiling. 5

6

Kim and Kyle shimmied up through the hole and came out into a treasure room.

“Do you think that is the King’s linen outfit over there?” Kyle said. “I don’t know,” said Kim. “But it looks like it is moving.”

8

“Oh no,” cried Kim. “That is not the King’s linen outfit. That is a mummy. Run!”
