he MAC is a solution-oriented club, says VP Sharon Nevins, offering a variety of programs to help people achieve their goals. Healthy Start is a 60-day program supervised by a nurse that includes two sessions a week with a specialist plus full access to the club. It helps beginners “tiptoe” in to using a club and is referred by lots of local physicians. There’s also a 10-consecutive-day boot camp, the MAC Blast, for those needing a kickstart.
