PROMO MECHANICS: 1. The promo is exclusively for independent leaders and members of Sophie Paris Philippines, Inc. (SPPI). Employees and Business Centers (BCs) and their family up to second degree of affinity and consanguinity are NOT allowed to join the program. Members operating as BC satellite are also NOT allowed to join. 2. Former BCs within the six (6) month period from contract termination are likewise disqualified or NOT allowed to join the program. 3. To qualify for the promo, Sophie member must achieve ALL the given requirements for five (5 ) consecutive months within the six (6)-month promo period. Members qualify for the promo based on the position or level they fall under. 4. In the event that a member is promoted to a higher position or level (up to Diamond Leader only) within the promo period, member should comply with ALL the requirements of the new higher position for two (2) consecutive months within the promo duration to avail of the higher prize. Please see second illustration in the scenario table. In this case, the member is no longer entitled to receive the prize(s) for the lower positions/levels. Kindly refer to the scenario table for other ways to qualify. 5. A member who has already won a prize from a previous SLC program, may rejoin the current SLC program but only for the next higher position or level. Example: If qualified as Gold Leader in the last SLC program, member must aim to achieve the Diamond Leader position and work on the Diamond qualifications. 6. SPPI reserves the right to disqualify any member who violates any of the provisions of the Sophie Code of Ethics provided in the Member’s Manual. 7. SPPI reserves the right to change the promo items and prizes without prior notice.
