Login
• All customers can login to the website using the login button on the top right hand side of the uniphar.ie homepage.
• Log in with your assigned email address and password
• If you can’t remember your password use ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link
Site Navigation
• Once logged in you can navigate through the site using the search bar and also menus (red arrows).
• Account management can be accessed at both the top right and quick access halfway down page (green arrows).
• At the top right of the page shortcuts can be accessed for (from left to right): - My Orders - Notifications - Favorites - Account - Cart
Stock
• Current stock availability is indicated by 3 coloured pills:
Green Pill – In Stock
Red Pill – Out Of Stock
Purple Pill – On Request Items
• Note: Due to our live stock feature, if you have added an in stock item (green pill) to your cart there is potential that item could become out of stock (red pill) by the time you have reached your cart for checkout.
In this case the item/items will be flagged to you and will be removed from your order as below.
Checkout
• Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click on the cart icon at the top right hand of the page.
• You will now see the Mini Cart which provides a summary of the current basket. Note: Product lines can be removed from this page but not the ability to edit product quantities, the product quantities can be edited on the next page.
• Click ‘Go To Cart’ to proceed to the next page.
• Products can be edited in the ‘QTY’ column (green arrow)
• Before placing the order, please fill relevant details needed on the right hand side (blue arrow) if applicable.
• Your Order can be placed by clicking ‘Place Order’ and which will bring you to your summary ‘Order Confirmation’
Account Dashboard
• In Account Dashboard you can access all areas in relation to your account including Order History, Reorder, My Favorites, Invoices, Statements Notifications and Manage Users.
