Why

St. Mary's: “I really like the campus and the environment.” – Chiko Kulemeka ’18, psychology major (volleyball)

Seahawk Stadium, home to the St. Mary’s field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer, and mens’ and women’s lacrosse teams, is ringed at one end by student townhouses, a setting that makes the game an unmistakable part of campus life. Our stunning waterfront, made possible by private donations, includes docks, ramps and boardwalks for improved access to the river. The James P. Muldoon River Center is the home base for the national championship sailing team and the rowing team. In combination with the Rowing Center, the complex measures 13,700 square feet and is for all of St. Mary’s to enjoy. Protection of the shoreline and other environmental concerns figured prominently in the planning.
