DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of all OSSD requirements
Successful completion of Theology course in each year
40 Hours of Community Service before Grade 11
20 Hours of Christian Service + Christian Service Project
30 SMCS credits including one additional language course
40 hours of Community Service: a minimum of 20 hours must be completed between Grade 8 graduation and April 1 of a student’s Grade 9 year; an additional 20 hours must be earned by April 1 of a student’s Grade 10 year.
GRADE 11-12
Students must complete 20 Christian Service hours by April 1 of their Grade 11 year plus a defined Christian Service Project in Grade 12. The goal of this Christian Service requirement is a call to action for our young men to serve their brothers and sisters in Christ that are marginalized in our community. It is framed around the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy.
