Andrea. You impressed us all with how much you worked to guide the book and the staff in the right direction. From last year’s assistant to a definite leader you became exactly what we needed to make our simple plans in Dallas become a reality. Stealing other people’s keyboards, suffocating us all in your mass of blonde hair and not eating sweets for over a month, room 521 just wouldn’t have been the same without you. Alexandria. Sassafrass there are few ways to describe all that you really did for this publication. From singing nonsensical songs with Emma to sacrificing your own birthday you and Andrea made sure that this book was everything we envisioned and even more. From what we did wrong to what we did right you stuck by the book and the staff making sure that we didn’t let anyone, least of all yourself, down. We would have been lost without you. Emma C. Sparkly Butterfly! Thank you for laughing hysterically with us on late nights. We wouldn’t have gone so insane without you. You bring life and enthusiasm to the journalism room in both your innovative designs and silly stories! Thanks for being you. Mallory. Your constant Red Bull addiction and sporadic cheer routines were enough to keep us laughing. The endless number of quotes and pictures that you resized was incredible and the clubs section would never have happened without your dedication. Maureen. We missed you so much in the hour this year and we wish we could have seen you more. But you never failed to disappoint with both your spreads and singing abilities. Leah. You and Chandra took on so much this year and you managed to pull off an amazing and innovative section – complete with pull outs! Jordan. Sunshine, we’re so glad that you decided to switch over to our staff this year and we were so impressed with how dedicated you became to a new staff and a new book. The sports section would never have survived without you. Whitaker. You grew up so much this year. From an ads editor to leading force for the entire staff you showed both your leadership and design skills throughout the entire year while staying bright and cheery even on the darkest of days. Gaby. Our illustrator guru, you really learned how to harness your creativity into each of your spreads while coming up with new and amazing ideas for coverage. Chandra. Not only did you take on the portraits section, but you led an amazing group of writers throughout the entire year and made an excellent copy editor. Katie. We know juggling positions on two staffs wasn’t easy but you managed to pull it off and we appreciated your time and effort so much. Sydney. Thank you for always turning out great stories and your willingness to do whatever, whenever. Your ability to track down quotes was unbelievable and we couldn’t have done it without you. Emily. With your cute outfits and even cuter pictures you helped make the room fun while turning out great photos. John. The number of hours you dedicated to the book this year was ridiculous and so amazing. From spreads to ads to the index, your personal touches are all over the book. Hannah. We know ads can be such a challenge but you did such a great job with both the design and organization of the whole section. Will. Joining staff so late in the year, you surpassed everyone’s expectations of how priceless your help and friendship would become. You helped to make this book happen.

thanks FOR A GREAT YEAR Drew, Maggie, Caroline. We didn’t get to see you guys as often as we wanted to but we trusted you to rely on each other and turn out an amazing product. Thank you so much for your outstanding work! Rachel. You must have shot over 100 mugs in just a couple of days and no one but you would have been able to handle all that stress and get it done. We really and truly couldn’t have published the book without your pictures and your dedication to the staff and our huge undertaking. Meghan. Our “artsy” girl, you entertained the entire staff with your naps and Chipotle cravings but also made sure that anything that needed doing, got done. We couldn’t have made it through the seniors section without you. Ellen. QT queen, your diet coke runs kept us all going and your photos are all over the book- you helped keep us laughing all throughout the year. Sam. Your dancing and balance beam routines always relieved stress on deadline nights. You fulfilled your position as Digital Trainer with flying colors. xoxo, Gossip Girl. Ali. You were a great addition to our staff second semester, thanks for helping us out this year. Alissa. You are an incredibly hard worker, and you contributed more than just photos to the Hauberk this year. Alysabeth: Thanks for joining staff and contributing your work to us this year. Amanda. Even with all of your other activities, you managed to be a great photographer this year. We are so glad that you joined staff. Andie. We have really loved having you on staff. You did great work, and we feel like we have really gotten to know you. Thank you for joining staff and always working hard. Andrea. Grasshopper, you have improved immensely, and you have grown to be an awesome photographer. Anna. We appreciate all of your help on every late night, early morning, and with shooting nearly every event. You should be really proud of all of your photos and help you have contributed to the staff. Eliza. Our little baby! You have learned so much this year. We are so proud of our little Freshman. Emilie. We are very proud of your improvements and are happy you joined staff this year. We hope you come back next year. Emily. You have always impressed us with your hard work and your photography. You’ve done a great job these past two years. Kit. Thank you for joining us your Senior year. You have been a great addition to staff, and we are proud of all of the pictures you have taken. Kristin. We are so glad you came back this year. Not only did you take great pictures, but you also always knew how to put everyone in a good mood. Lauren. You always knew how to make us laugh. You have been a great help this year and an even better photographer. Good luck next year! Lucy. We are so happy you joined staff this year. You have pushed yourself and have become a great photographer in a short period of time. Nicole. Although your food always made our room smell, we are proud of everything you have accomplished these last two years. We hope you do just as well next year! Peter. Although you were in a different hour, we feel like we have really gotten to know you this year. You are a hard worker and are always willing to help. Thanks for a great year. Tate. Tater, your advice, slideshows and jokes have gotten us through the year. We can’t even begin to thank you for all of the opportunities and inspiration you have given us. Thanks for staying with us late and for pushing us all to always do our best work. We could never have done it without you.
