After the initial seal you can maintain the color by sealing twice a year or as needed or, if left to weather naturally, the color ages gracefully to a soft grey patina. You can always pressure wash the deck to bring back the color and reapply the seal to maintain color.

#D0756N. You can't go expensive on the wood and expect to go cheap on the blade. For a better cut, go with Diablo, and the minimum I recommend is the D0756N, triple chip, 56 carbide tooth, non ferrous, specialty blade for hardwoods.
#ENDSEAL 1 qt. AS2® hybrid wax coating seals the end cuts of lumber to protect against end checking, moisture penetration and splitting. It is recommended that Ipe ends should be sealed immediately after cutting.
