Martha Bodell
North Coast Tile & Stone The most important thing to Martha Bodell at North Coast Tile & Stone is to make every customer feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of. “I want everyone to feel at home when they walk in, no matter their experience level.” Martha says. That’s what separates them from Big-Box stores, the one-on-one attention and care. The company has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. Martha and her team have the expertise, knowledge, and trust to tackle any project. In 2006 when the economy took a downturn, Martha had an idea to open a design showroom. “I took a leap of faith hoping to keep our business going and it was a success!” Working in a male-dominated field can be a bit intimidating, but Martha rose to the occasion and continues to take pride in making contracting projects manageable and accessible to everyone, especially women.

112 Commercial Court Santa Rosa, CA 95407 707-578-8485
These two women began working at their father’s business, then named MAACO Collision Repair in 2016. Krista has degrees in fashion and cosmetology, and Lauren also has a degree in cosmetology. Neither dreamed they would be two women working and running a business in an industry primarily run by men. MAACO Collision Repair was started in 1985 by Scott Jeffery and has been a successful business ever since. The two women were raised around
the collision and paint business for their entire lives. It runs in their blood, and in 2016 brought them to where they have found they truly want to be. They have practically grown up with a majority of the employees of the business, as the employees tend to stay long term in a job with owners who treat them well. Not only is it a family owned business, but many employees are loyal friends and considered family members. This makes for a cohesive work environment. Krista is the office manager and bookkeeper, and Lauren manages the crew and production. Both are proficient in estimating and are truly happy to be an integral part of this family business. They are pleased to work with and be taught daily by their father, who has worked countless hours to make the business a success. They one day hope to take over and let their father retire and enjoy the fruits of his over thirty-five years of labor.
