In 2014, X% of educational institutions are planning to increase their overall ICT expenditure (both slightly and significantly) in various ICT training programs for teaching staff. The IT project of refreshing PCs has been assigned the highest investment priority, as X% of respondents are considering it as one of the top three IT projects for educational institutions in 2014.
