Home sales are on the rise around Tampa Bay.
Last month, we saw an increase in closed sales in both Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. However, new listings showed mixed results. Hillsborough experienced a rise in new inventory, with the median sold price slightly declining compared to the previous month. In contrast, Pinellas saw a noticeable reduction in new listings, down 6.5% from the prior month, though the median home price was less affected than in Hillsborough, and still up compared to last year.
