Tampa Bay’s real estate market remains dynamic, with activity across both sides of the Bay.
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
New listings and pending sales increased by approximately 24%, reflecting strong activity on both sides of the transaction. Sellers can take confidence in rising median sold prices, though the sold-to-original list price ratio has softened slightly. Sellers should be prepared with a proactive pricing strategy to account for these trends.
PINELLAS COUNTY
New listings surged 43% month-over-month, though still below last year’s figures for the same period. Pending and closed sales, as well as median sold prices, all showed gains from the previous month.
