Who We Are THE COMPANY Locally owned and operated for more than 40 years, Smith & Associates Real Estate is truly a company with its roots firmly planted in Tampa Bay. Smith & Associates residential sales exceeds 25,000 residences and, with more than 200 sales associates in offices located in Tampa, Clearwater, Belleair and downtown St. Petersburg, Smith & Associates Real Estate continues its pattern of tremendous growth in its services to the real estate market in the Tampa Bay area.

THE DIVISION Understanding the unique challenges of new construction & conversions, Smith & Associates Real Estate formed the Developer Services Division in the early 1970’s to concentrate on the marketing and sale of new homes, townhomes and condominiums. Employing our expertise gained from over 40 successful developments, Developer Services provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to take a new home or condominium development from conception to completion. We allow development teams to focus on what they do best- developing quality communities.

BOB GLASER, PRESIDENT/CEO Recognized as a true visionary spirit, Bob Glaser’s impact on the Tampa Bay area’s real estate market for the past 30 years is largely due to his driving ambition to run the most customer-centric real estate companies in Tampa Bay. Bob’s desire to build a company that was multi-faceted, modern and innovative has turned Smith & Associates Real Estate into the Tampa Bay Area’s preferred total solution company providing 6 star service to its clients. Bob Glaser is a very “hands on” broker/owner. With thirty years of real estate experience, Bob has watched Tampa Bay evolve into one of the real estate industry’s most prolific markets. DAVE TRAYNOR, VICE-PRESIDENT - DEVELOPER SERVICES DIVISION Dave Traynor has extensive management experience with some of Tampa Bay’s most renowned developments including Station Square, Water’s Edge, 400 Beach Drive, Water Club Snell Isle, Grand Central at Kennedy, Signature Place, bliss, The Salvador, & ONE St. Petersburg. He is adept at directing sales team recruitment, training and retention, and the creation of pricing strategies and absorption schedules. Through Dave’s direction, Smith & Associates Real Estate continues to be the market leader in Tampa Bay in high-end residential development sales. Dave is graduate of the University of Connecticut with both a bachelors and master’s degree. Dave is also a licensed Florida Realtor, and a certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager. DAVID MOYER, SALES DIRECTOR David Moyer is recognized as one of the top real estate professionals in Tampa Bay. David joined Smith & Associates Real Estate in 2004, and has closed over 1,000 new homes. He manages the sales of new construction & existing multi-family homes from condominium towers to townhome developments. David is an effective communicator, leader, and manager with strengths in pricing strategy, marketing, concept, planning and implementation of community developments to generate the highest sales volume, velocity, and a seamless closing process. His market knowledge keeps him in front of competition. David is a graduate from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. DEANNA VESEY, DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS Over a decade with the Developer Services Division and involvement with a wide variety of developments along the way has provided Deanna with a working knowledge of the many facets of the development process and the elements needed for sucess. Effective management of each component ensures a smooth transition from concept, to construction, and to closing. Creativity & attention to detail mean that our clients always look polished & professional; organization & efficiency make it all look effortless.
