Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.

Help us help our ‘Kababayan’ (fellow Filipinos). The victims of Typhoon Haiyan need clean water and food. The best form of donation is money. If you don’t want to Zumba, you can still come and donate and watch the fun at Southbay Pavilion at Carson on Saturday, Nov. 23rd, from 8am—10am. If you’ve never been out to this FREE Zumba class, it is the biggest, most fun class, with more than 100 participants every Saturday! The classes are usually FREE, but the entrance fee for this class is designed to help the victims of the typhoon in the Philippines.
