The concept of Jøtul I 18 water solution is based on the assumption that warmth to heat water can be obtained exclusively from flue gases. This allows one to maintain a high temperature in the combustion chamber and decrease the temperature of flue gases at the same time.

The concept of Jøtul I 80 / Jøtul I 530 water solution is based on the assumption that warmth to heat water can be obtained exclusively from flue gases. This allows one to maintain a high temperature in the combustion chamber and decrease the temperature of flue gases at the same time.

Installation diagram The water solution is able to cooperate with heater and floor heating installations, contributed by the central heating solid fuel, gas, oil and current stoves, heat pumps and solar batteries. It can be used as a singular source of heat and also, by suitable hydraulic connections, for heating of useful water. Set below the diagrams of installation are exemplary. Individual solutions proposed by fitters may be slightly different from the presented, but they always must be compliant with rules and standards in force. Installation of water solution always must Jøtul I 18 work in an open system, where an open expansion tank with refill inlet is the security (3). Connection of the water solution to the system with closed pressureexpansion tank (14) can be done only throughout the plate heat exchanger (11). It allows to separate the opened system from the closed system. Usage of corrosion inhibitor preserves the installation from the rust, extending several times duration of the water unit.

Air distributor, insert cover plate and bottom cover plate should be used together. It guarantees the proper air-flow and protects the bottom of the stove against overheating. It prevents penetrating of dust, mineral wool, fireplace mortar, etc. to hot air flow.

The time of assembly at the construction site is only 3-4 min. Distributor is made of galvanized sheet steel with mineral wool holder mounts. Unscrewed the front plate (makes the assembly easier). The number and diameter of air outlet holes are standard.

The regulator is designed to remote control the amount of air supplied to the fireplace. Control is via a wireless remote control. It is also possible to use the wall control panel. It can be used in all devices, which require a regulated supply of air: the ventilation, air conditioning, fireplaces, furnaces at constant fuel and air heating systems. The device consists of: air throttle, an electronic control panel, remote control, AC Adapter.

Hot air distribution duct system The system consists of ducts and connectors with size 50x150 mm. Ducts are easy to install under the ceiling or in a gypsum-cardboard walls. The elements are connected with duct connectors and installation screws. The system requires isolation of at least 2 cm of mineral or glass wool with aluminium foil.
