A new year, new hopes I have written dozens of New Year messages in our magazines every year for 34 years.

Almost at all first I wished years; healthy, happy, no-war, no-terror, peaceful, and full of tourism.

I used the words of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s “Peace at Home, Peace in the World” not only in my New Year messages but in many other editor notes.

We need peace so much! Because I am a tourism writer and I know that tourism can be done when we are in peace.

In this issue, we introduce Turkish cuisine, which is one of the three important cuisines of the world.

Turkish cuisine has an important place in more than 40 million tourists preference for Turkey.

We bring you short news and several photos from UNWTO’s two important events in Sofia and Istanbul, World Travel Market - London, and Travel Turkey Izmir exhibitions.

Turkey news Turkey’s first Radisson Collection hotel to open in Bodrum Radisson Hospitality AB announces the signing of its first Radisson Collection hotel in Turkey, in Bodrum on the country’s southwest coast following an agreement with one of Turkey's most respected construction and hospitality companies; ANT YAPI. Radisson Collection Resort & SPA Bodrum is scheduled to open its doors in 2021.

Situated on the stunning Turkish Riviera, Radisson Collection Resort & SPA, Bodrum is part of an exciting resort development that blends authentic Mediterranean architecture with European design aesthetic and will feature a high-end retail offering, residential housing, and a private marina.

The 16th Istanbul Biennial Announces Its Title: The Seventh Continent The 16th Istanbul Biennial’s title and conceptual framework was announced by the curator Nicolas Bourriaud. Organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) and sponsored by Koç Holding, the 16th Istanbul Biennial will take place between 14 September and 10 November 2019.

The curator Nicolas Bourriaud announced the biennial’s title as The Seventh Continent.

One of the most visible effects of the Anthropocene, the new geological era characterized by the impact of human activities upon the planet, is the formation of a huge mass of waste that has been called ‘The Seventh 6 New Focus | January / February 2019

The 16th Istanbul Biennial will explore this new continent: a world where humans and non-humans, our mass-productive systems and natural elements, drift together, reduced to particles of waste.

The Seventh Continent is an anthropology of an off-centered world and an archaeology of our times. It defines today’s art as an archipelago of diverse enquiries into global life, tracking the prints of human activity on the earth and our impact on its non-human inhabitants.

Turkey can welcome 42 million foreign tourists by the end of 2018 Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry announced the total number of foreign visitors arrived Turkey in October 2018. In October 2018 the number of foreign visitors arrived increased by 25.48% compared to the previous year.

According to the temporary data obtained from the General Directorate of Security; in October 2018 the number of foreign visitors arrived is 3,755,467 which increased by 25,48 % compared to the previous year.

Turkey welcomed a total of 35,571,419 foreign tourists in the first 10 months of 2018. If the growth in arrivals continues on the remaining two months of the year, it is likely that Turkey can welcome 42 million tourists in 2018.

In the October 2018, the top source markets for Turkey are Russia with 16.09% (604,073 travelers), Germany with 15.70% (589,626) United Kingdom (UK) with 7.04% (264,217) share of the total visitors. United Kingdom (UK) is followed by Bulgaria and Georgia.

In the January - October 2018 period, the top tourism source markets for Turkey are Russia with 16.09% (5,724,672) Germany with 11.68% (4,155,646) United Kingdom (UK) with 6.07% (2,158,304) share of the total visitors.

WORLD news Role of Travel and Tourism in Attaining A Carbon Neutral World The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and UN Climate Change showcased how the travel and tourism sector can take steps towards carbon neutrality by 2050.

The UN Climate Conference (COP24) in Katowice, Poland, during the first Travel & Tourism event ever held at the annual COP, both organisations addressed the links between Travel & Tourism and climate change and presented a pathway for the sector to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

Gloria Guevara, President and CEO, WTTC, said: “Travel and tourism has an important role to play around the world in economic development, presently accounting for 10.4% of global GDP and supporting 1 in 10 of all jobs, which is more than comparative sectors, such as automotive, chemicals manufacturing, banking and financial services.

UN Climate Change Executive Secretary Patricia Espinosa encourages the Travel & Tourism sector to find new, innovative and sustainable ways to reduce its carbon footprint. “On a basic level, doing so is simply a question of survival,” said Ms. Espinosa. “But on another level, it’s about capturing opportunity. It’s about transforming your businesses to be part of a global economic shift—one marked by sustainable growth and powered by renewable energy.”

“We are already experiencing the impacts of climate change in Fiji and in the rest of our Pacific Island countries,” said High-Level Climate Champion H.E. Inia Seruiratu, Fiji’s Minister for Defence and National Security.

“The Travel & Tourism sector is a major revenue earner for our country.

Unfortunately, the attractions that drive this sector – our reefs, sandy beaches, clear seas, and forest biodiversity – are under threat from the impacts of climate change. Innovative financing where the Travel & Tourism sector can support our small island economies to respond to these threats is needed and I am very encouraged that the sector is eager to engage in such initiatives and strengthen public-private partnerships in the fight against climate change.”

World Tourism Organization announces Growth in International Tourism in 2018 World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) issued the latest figures on world tourism that reveal 5% growth of international tourist arrivals year-on-year in the first nine months of 2018. This reflects continued strong demand in a favourable overall economic context. All world regions enjoyed robust growth in international tourism in the first nine months of this year, fuelled by solid demand from major source markets. Asia and the Pacific led growth (+7%), followed by Europe and the Middle East (+6% each), Africa (+5%) and the Americas (+3%).

Despite comparatively slower growth between July and September, UNWTO estimates that destinations worldwide received 1,083 million international arrivals through September, an additional 56 million when compared to the same period of 2017.

2018 results to date are in line with UNWTO’s growth forecast of +4% to +5% for the year. With few exceptions, preliminary data on international tourism receipts confirm the positive trend seen in arrivals, with particularly strong results in Asian and European destinations.

Among the top earners, tourism earnings in the United Kingdom were up by 12% despite a decline in arrivals. In Australia, receipts increased by 11% whereas France reported an 8% growth and Italy 6%, both in line with growth in arrivals. Tourism receipts in the United States, Spain and Germany went up 3%.

In Asia, China recorded a 21% increase in tourism earnings, with Macao (China) and Japan also leading results with 20% and 19% growth, respectively.

The Russian Federation (+15%) reported the largest increase in spending and continues to recover strongly after some years of decline. The United Kingdom reported 10% growth despite a weak pound against the euro and US dollar, and tourism spending from France picked up 10% after some years of rather flat growth.

The United States, the world’s second largest source market, recorded a 7% increase in line with the performance of recent years while top source market China showed a minor decrease in spending in the first six months of 2018 as a result of the weaker Yuan. www.smpublication.com 11

WORLD news Latest UNWTO Report Heralds Mekong Tourism Forum as an Inclusive Tourism Global Best Practice A new United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) report praises Mekong Tourism's 2017 Mekong Tourism Forum (MTF) as a global best practice in inclusive tourism.

The innovative event, hosted by the Provincial government of Luang Prabang, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Information (MICT) of Lao PDR, and executed by the Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO), took place across several community venues in Luang Prabang including boutique hotels, local restaurants, a heritage craft centre, the city’s botanical garden, a rice farm, a golf club, a silk weaving centre, a hotel training school, and even a couple river-cruise boats along the Mekong river.

“MTF 2017 in Luang Prabang, hosting over 400 delegates, demonstrated that by making the destination the venue, and having delegates spread out to experiences various tourism products, matched with topical sessions, true engagement can be achieved," said Jens Thraenhart, Executive Director of the MTCO. "This event was truly an event by the industry for the industry."

MTF 2017, themed as 'Prosper with Purpose', aimed to make meaningful strides to prosper collectively in fellowship with one another -- tourism professionals, business owners, media and community members alike, Thraenhart added. The initiative was also designed to be in accordance with the United Nations ‘International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development’, a point stressed in the report.

In a release sent out by the UNWTO, Secretary-General Pololikashvili said that success stories like MTF 2017 “will serve as an important tool for the tourism community to create and promote inclusion in destinations, and a valuable reference for all tourism stakeholders in developing best practices for a more inclusive sector.”

The report also mentioned the 2018 Mekong Tourism Forum, hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand in the town of Nakhon Phanom, bordering to Lao PDR at the Mekong River. The 2018 MTF concept, 12 New Focus | January / February 2019

themed “Transforming Travel - Transforming Lives” followed on the inclusive and experiential nature of last year's event by innovatively hosting eight thematic strategy workshops in eight community-based villages, and integrating the villagers in the discussions and actual production.

Also recognised in the UNWTO report was the MTCO's focus on highlighting plastic pollution by banning single-use plastic water bottles, and turning MTF session venues and hotels doubling as official water refill stations. By giving each delegate a durable and reusable water bottle, the campaign was estimated to have saved the use of over 5,000 singleuse plastic bottles during the Mekong Tourism Forum. Plastic straws were also banned from the event, including the Mekong Food Festival, and replaced by sustainable bamboo straws produced by Luang Prabang-based organisation Bamboo Lao. Viet Nam Gears Up to Create a Major Impact Viet Nam, the Host Country of the 38th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) to be held in Ha Long, is all ready to make a lasting impression on its 1500 delegates. They comprise of ministerial, NTO, official meeting delegates, as well as TRAVEX suppliers from across all 10 ASEAN member states, international buyers and media pools.

ATF TRAVEX, renowned for being the largest and most diverse showcase of ASEAN suppliers, will play witness to ASEAN travel trade industry exhibitors from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam, connecting with hosted buyers and media representatives from around the world.

The 3-day ATF TRAVEX 2019, which commences from 16 January till 18 January, will aggregate 75 official sessions with the Host Country organising a programme packed with numerous social activities that include, Pre-and Post-Show Tours, an Opening Ceremony, a Welcome Reception and Dinner, a Friendly Golf Game and a Farewell Party for all ATF delegates.

Major highlights for Exhibitors and Buyers include the 32 one-to-one business appointments, 100% of which can be scheduled prior to arriving in Ha Long, thus optimising business conversations at the event. BTO joins peers from tourism authorities across North America, the Middle East and Europe to become the organisation’s sixth Destination Partner since launching the Membership category in April at our 2018 Global Summit in Buenos Aires.

Istanbul hosted a world conference The 3rd UNWTO/UNESCO World Conference on Tourism and Culture organized in Istanbul, Turkey at December 3-5.

The theme of the 2018 World Conference, ‘for the Benefit of All’, puts forward two priorities: 1) creating more inclusive partnerships between tourism and culture stakeholders that contribute to SDG implementation; and 2) promoting tourism development that encourages cultural interaction and ensures the benefits are shared by all communities involved.

This year’s edition concentrated on technology, visitor management models and the approaches that bring the widest possible range of benefits to both visitors and locals, while safeguarding cultural values and heritage in line with responsible tourism principles and the UNWTO Global Code of Ethics for Tourism.

UNWTO, the 2nd International Congress at Sofia The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria and UNWTO, the 2nd International Congress on World Civilizations and Historic Routes was held on 15-16 November in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Cultural heritage lies at the very heart of the collective memory and identity of the citizens of the world. Destinations that boast archaeological sites, ancient architecture, folklore traditions and arts and that find themselves along these ancient routes can assume the role of catalysts for exchange of experience between peoples and cultures through tourism development, and thereby promote sustainable growth, prosperity and peace in their own regions.

Recognizing the above, the Congress explored the possible ways in which world civilizations could be brought to life through tourism, in particular by harnessing the potential historic routes offer for the enhancement of cultural heritage of destinations and the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs´). The congress produced a useful set of recommendations that can provide guidance to all tourism stakeholders interested in harnessing the potential that cultural heritage routes offer for enhancing the attractiveness and competiveness of destinations.

T

urkish cuisine is one of the best in the world. It is said that three major kinds of cuisine exist in the world; Turkish, Chinese, and French. There are so many meat and vegetable dishes, soups, drinks and delicious desserts. You can find a great variety of mouth watering dishes in Turkish cuisine, which is mostly the heritage of Ottoman cuisine. It is the mixture and refinement of Central Asian, Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines.

Best known dishes of the Turkish Cuisine Kebaps — Kebap is the common name for a dish where meat is coated around a skewer and grilled over a charcoal fire.

Originally the meat consisted of lamb or beef, but nowadays you can also chose chicken. Kebabs are dishes of plain or 24  New Focus | January / February 2019

marinated meat either stewed or grilled. Almost every district of Anatolia has its own kebap specialty. Lamb is the basic meat of Turkish kitchen.

Pieces of lamb threaded on a skewer and grilled over charcoal form the famous "Sis kebab", now known in many countries of the world. You should also try "Alanazik", "Sac kavurma", "Tandir" and different types of "Kofte" as typical meat dishes.

Döner –"Doner kebab" is another famous Turkish dish, being a roll of lamb on a vertical skewer turning parallel to a hot grill. In essence it is a dish of beaten pieces of meat seasoned with suet, local herbs and spices, skewered on a spit and grilled vertically.

Köfte — It is commonly referred to as meatballs, but they come in all shapes. The köfte basics are ground meat (usually lamb or mutton) mixed with crumbled bread, minced onions and spices. The most common dish is Izgara Köfte, where the meat mixture is grilled and served with grilled green peppers, chopped parsley, crumbled dried red peppers and rice or bread on the side.

Another type is plump oval köfte dipped in egg and fried have the evocative name of "Ladies Thighs" (kadin budu).

Turkish Society of Culinary Travel Turkish Society of Culinary Travel to introduce Turkish gastronomy to the world.

Culinary Travel is another wave of tourism which came out with the use of tourism activities such as transportation and accomodation by domestic and foreign tourists while experiencing the tastes of gastronomic products. The Society of Culinary Travel has many responsibilities to introduce “Anatolian Cuisine” and “Ottoman Cuisine” to the world.

Turkish dishes with Meat Karnıyarık — Fried eggplants with a minced meat, onion, parsley, garlic and tomato filling. This dish is a must.

Börek — "Börek" are pies of flaky pastry stuffed with meat, cheese or potatoes. The delicious Turkish natural yoghurt, "yogurt", is justifiably renowned.

Thinly rolled pastry, often the paper thin variety known as yufka, is wrapped around various savory fillings or arranged in layers .

The myriad types of börek are unmatched delicacies when cooked to perfection. Boreks can be fried, baked, cooked on a griddle or boiled. Traditionally it was said that no girl should marry until she had mastered the art of börek making. Preferred fillings are cheese, minced meat, spinach and potatoes. In the form of rolls filled with cheese or minced meat mixtures and fried, böreks are known as "Sigara (cigarette) boregi". Böreks should be light and crisp, without a trace of excess oil.

Fried vegetables — Fried eggplants, green peppers, and zucchini with tomato sauce or yogurt are one of the best treats. According to your liking garlic is always welcomed with the sauce or in the yogurt.

Mücver — The main ingredients of this popular Turkish dish are shredded zucchini, eggs and flour. A very common cooking preference adds white cheese, green onions and mint.

It is lightly fried in vegetable or olive oil, and served hot as a side dish.

Kısa süreli bir Sofya kaçamağı Nerdeyse 45 yıl aradan sonra Bulgaristan’ın başkenti Sofya’ya tekrar geldik.

Aslında ilki upuzun bir Avrupa seyahati öncesinde ve sonrasısında şehirde hiç durmadan arabayla yaptığımız şehir geçişleriydi. Ancak o yıllarda arabayı bir yere park edip yayan dolaşmak büyük riskti. Planladığımız Marsilya’ya kadar uzanan yolu, arabasız otostopla gidip gelmek de vardı !

Hatırladığımız kadarıyla tarihi yerler aynı yerlerinde duruyor.Ama unuttuğumuz isimleri bu kez daha bilinçli olarak kaydettik.

Tarih boyunca Doğu Avrupa’nın en önemli kentlerinden biri olan, 500 yıl boyunca Osmanlı toprakları arasında yer alan 2500 yıllık bu güzel şehir, kültürel ve de ticari olarak da günümüzün önemli bir başkenti.

Biz bu kez Dünya Turizm Örgütü’nün 4 günlük bir kongresi nedeniyle Kasım ayı ortasında, henüz havaların soğumamasından da istifade ederek, yürüyerek dolaşarak Sofya’ya bir günümüzü ayırdık . Önce hemen belirtelim, eski de olsa tüm binalar bakımlı, yollar son derece düzgün hatta parlamento, bakanlıklar ve diğer hükümet binalarının yer aldığı merkezler renkli parkeler ile tertemiz. Sofya tarihi geçmişiyle çok büyük bir kültür ve sanat merkezi.

Doğu Avrupa’nın en güzel tarihi yapılarından pek çoğunu görebileceğiniz bu kentte sayısız kültürel güzellik sizi bekliyor. Geniş bir tarihe sahip şehrin sokaklarının güzelliği Sofya turlarının popülerlik kazanmasının başlıca sebeplerinden bir tanesi. Şehrin en ünlü yapılarından biri elbette Dünyanın en büyük Ortodoks katedrallerinden bir tanesi olan Alexander Nevsky Katedrali. Altın renkli kubbeleriyle dikkat çeken bu katedralin yanı sıra 1300’lü yıllarda yapılan Boyana Kilisesi de güzel duvar resimleriyle ilgi çekiyor. 6. yüzyılda inşa edilen, şehre adını veren ve Osmanlı döneminde cami olarak kullanılan Aya Sofya Kilisesi de şehrin en önemli kültürel ve tarihi zenginliklerinden bir tanesi.

Kentteki Osmanlı eserleri arasında en önemlisi, tarihi bir hamamdan Mimar Sinan tarafından camiye çevrilmiş olan Banya (Banyo) Başı Camii. Yine Mimar Sinan tarafından yapılan Kara Camii, bugün Sveti Sedmochislenitsi Kilisesi olarak hizmet veriyor.

Yerli ve yabancı ziyaretcilere açık olan tapınakda, ayinler dışında özellikle festival zamanlarında geniş bir park alanı olan çevresinde çeşitli gösterilere rastlamak da mümkün. Şehrin yeni bölgesinde yer alan Özgürlük Anıtı ve hemen yakınındaki son kral Norodom Sihanouk ‘un heykeli olan anıt da fotograf çekeceğiniz yerler olacak. Özgürlük Anıtı’nın hemen yakınındaki Wat Langka da şehirdeki bir digger budist tapınağı..

Bu arada önceki yıllarda görme fırsatı yakaladığımız Tuol Sleng Hapishanesi ise hüzünle gezeceğiniz bir yer olacak.

Tuol Sleng, eski bir okul olup, Kızıl Khmerler tarafından daha sonra Mayıs 1976’da hapishaneye çevirilmiş ve S-21 adıyla anılmaya başlanmış.

Kızıl Khmer rejimine ve düzenine karşı olduğunu düşünülen herkesi bu hapishaneye atarak, çeşitli işkenceler yapıp, daha sonra da bu insanları öldürmüşler. Bu soykırım müzesi 1980 yılından beri de turistlerin ziyaretine açık. Şehir de Toum Tum Poung adıyla bilinen Russian Market, hem yerel halkın hem de turistlerin yiyecekten turistik ve hediyelik eşyaya her türlü malın satıldığı kapalı bir çarşı. Kamboçya Su ve Ay Festivali, geleneksel tekne yarışları Bu yıl ilk 8 ayda 5 bin Türk turist ağırlayan Kamboçya tarihi ve kültürel rotalar üzerindeki eserlerinin yanısıra uluslararası üne ulaşmış geleneksel etkinliklerini de yabancı turist ve medya’ya tanıtıyor.

Bunlardan biri olan “Kamboçya Su ve Ay Festivali ve geleneksel tekne yarışları” 21-24 Kasım’da başkent Phnom Penh’de gerçekleşti. Kamboçya Kral’ının da katıldığı festivale yerli ve yabancı turistlerin yanısıra davetli çok sayıda yabancı medya da kendilerine ayrılan bölümde bu yarışları izledi.

Mekong nehri kıyısında gündüz yapılan yarışlara tüm Kamboçya’dan gelen kürek takımları ,ikişer ikişer deniz üzerinde belirlenen platformlarda yarıştı.3 gün süren bu yarışların akabinde gece boyunca çeşitli desenler ile renkli ışıklı tekneler, nehir üzerinde bir yandan resmi geçit yaparken yaklaşık 1 saat süren havai fişek gösterisi tüm izleyenleri büyülüyor.

Ancak Kamboçya kültüründe çok önemli bir festival olduğu için tüm Kamboçya’dan gelenler ve yabancı turistler ile bu yıl toplam 4.5 milyon kişi Phnom Penh caddelerini doldurdu. Bu yıl festival eçin gelenlerin sayısı 12.000 kişi oldu. Gündüz tüm şehir bir bayram yeri. Eğlenceler, satışlar, yeme içme mekanları ile şehir hınca hınç. Öğlene dogru yarışlar ve akşam 18.- de süslü teknelerin dolunay ve havai fişekler altında serenadı.

Yarışlar ile ilgili kısa notlar; Tarihçesi; Başlangıç kutlamaları 12.yy da Khemer denizcilerinin Vietnam’lı Champas askerlerine karşı zaferi ile başlıyor. 16 yy’dan itibaren gelenekselleşerek dini bir tema ile her yıl anma törenlerine dönüşüyor.

Indra kavmi efsanesine göre kral Borom Reachea’nın rüyasında aç bir adam görür ve bir Indra’lıyı tavşana dönüştürerek ayışığında ateşe düşüp pişmesini ve aç adamın doymasını sağlar.

Sonraki yıllarda Ambok adı verilen pirinç pestiline sarılı muz ve hindistan cevizi dini bir yemek olarak Festivalin 2.günü dolunayda yenerek kutlanır.

Tekneler ve yarışcılar: Çeşitli boylarda toplam tekne sayısı 295. Yarışcı sayısı 19.017. Kadın yarışcı: 141 Her yarış birincisine Kupa, bayrak ve sertifika verilir.Birinci gelen tekne 100USD karşılığı400 Riel ile ödüllendirilir.

Işıklı büyük gemiler: 1’i Kurtuluş Gününü 13’ü ülkede bulunan bakanlıkları temsil eden 14 ışıklı gemi her gece gösteriye katılır.

Bu yıl dan bazi rakamlar: Bu yıl yarışlar borunca 2o bin kişi hastaneye kaldırıldı, 11 tekne battı, 115 yarışcı kurtarıldı, 173’ü çocuk 181 kişi kayboldu.

Sonuç olarak Kamboçya’nın en önemli festivali, bu yılda 3 gün boyunca şehirde hayata büyük çoşku kattı.

3. Dünya Turizm ve Kültür Konferansı “3. Dünya Turizm ve Kültür Konferansı” kapsamında gerçekleştirilen Turizm İçin Küresel Etik Kuralları Özel Sektör Bildirgesi imza töreni ile konferans tamamlandı.

Birleşmiş Milletler Dünya Turizm Örgütü (UNWTO) ve Birleşmiş Milletler Eğitim, Bilim ve Kültür Kurumu (UNESCO) iş birliğiyle, Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen, “3. Dünya Turizm ve Kültür Konferansı” kapsamında, sorumlu ve sürdürülebilir turizm için temel referans oluşturan “Turizm İçin Küresel Etik Kuralları Özel Sektör Bildirgesi” de imzalandı.

Törende “Dünya Değişmeden”in Kurucusu ve Genel Müdürü Tolga Özan, Etstur Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili Selim Suat Özbek, Serenas Group’tan Mustafa Fethi Gürbüz, Tura Turizm Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Erkunt Öner, bildirgeyi imzalayan taraflar oldu.

Törene katılan Kültür ve Turizm Bakanı Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, imzaların ardından yaptığı konuşmada, bütün tarafları tebrik ederek, bu bildirgenin iyi bir başlangıç olacağını ifade etti.

Birleşmiş Milletler Dünya Turizm Örgütü Turizm Etik Kuralları Dünya Komitesi Başkanı ve Dünya Ticaret Örgütü Eski Genel Müdürü Pascal Lamy ile UNWTO Genel Sekreteri Zurab Pololikashvili’nin de katıldığı tören, fotoğraf çekiminin ardından sona erdi.

10 yıllık pasaport almak 940 TL’yi geçti Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığının (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı), Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği, Resmi Gazete’de yayımlandı. Tebliğde, Vergi Usul Kanunu’nun ilgili maddesinde, yeniden değerleme oranının, yeniden değerleme yapılacak yılın ekim ayında (ekim ayı dahil) bir önceki yılın aynı dönemine göre Türkiye İstatistik Kurumunun Yurt İçi Üretici Fiyat Endeksi’nde meydana gelen ortalama fiyat artış oranı olduğu belirtilen tebliğde, bu oranın Bakanlıkça Resmi Gazete ile ilan edileceği hükmünün yer aldığı ifade edildi.

Bu kapsamda, yeniden değerleme oranının 2018 için yüzde 23,73 olarak tespit edildiği aktarılan tebliğde, söz konusu oranın 2018 yılına ait son geçici vergi dönemi için de uygulanacağı kaydedildi. Öte yandan, bu konuda daha önce yayımlanan tebliğlerin yürürlükte kalacağı da aktarıldı.

İhale Pazarlık Usulü ile gerçekleştirilecek ve İhaleye 8 Ocak 2019 Salı günü saat 10.00’da (Almanya Yerel saati ile) Berlin – Almanya’da başlanacak. İhale Dokümanı (İhale Şartnamesi, Bilgilendirme Dosyası ve Yurtdışı Müşavirlik/Ataşelik Listesi) www.kulturturizm.gov.tr adresinden Türkçe ve İngilizce dillerinde bedelsiz olarak temin edilebilecek ve teklifler İhale Dokümanında yer alan hususlara bağlı olarak hazırlanacak. İhaleye katılmak isteyen isteklilerin teklif dosyalarının en geç 4 Ocak 2019 Cuma günü saat 18.00’a kadar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Berlin Kültür Müşavirliğinin aşağıda yazılı adresine ulaşacak şekilde, elden veya özel ulak yoluyla, İhale Dokümanında belirtilen usule uygun hazırlanmış olarak teslim edilmesi gerekiyor. Bu tarihten sonra teslim edilen teklifler değerlendirmeye alınmayacak.Saat ayarında, ihalenin gerçekleştirildiği yerin yerel saati (Almanya) esas alınacağı da ayrıca belirtildi. Verilen tekliflerin geçerlilik süresi, ihale tarihinden itibaren 90 takvim günüdür.

Şanslı sosyal medya kullanıcılarıyla birlikte Çin’in önde gelen sosyal medya fenomenlerinden 5 kişide Türkiye turu için İstanbul’ a geldi.
